What's your tagline / mission?

How did you start working on this idea?

I've been in real estate for 20 years and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry; and I've helped thousands of homeowners sell fast for cash

What problem are you trying to solve and how big is it?

Distressed properties in need of repair don't sell quickly on the open market - we buy both on and off market - but working directly with us without a real estate agent puts more money in the sellers pocket.

What is your solution and how does it work?

We offer cash and can structure creative terms and even help with home ownership for those looking for a move-in ready house to call home.

What is your business model / how do you make money?

We are in the business of helping people get what they want and need, and make money by forcing appreciation through renovation and creating custom solutions that are unique to each seller and buyer

How did you go to market and start acquiring customers?

We buy on-market properties already listed on the MLS or we serve sellers who come to us looking for a an offer by way of PPC, PPL, as well as direct-to-seller marketing via SMS and phone.

How many customers and paid users do you have?

No users, and our customers are both buyers of our finished renovations (whether landlord buyers looking to purchase a rental or retail buyers looking for a house to call home) or sellers looking to get rid of an unwanted property.

What's your vision and strategic roadmap for product & marketing?

Providing an easy and simple experience for sellers, because many times selling a property is a burden and one of the biggest financial decisions they'll ever make. We also have flexible options for both transitional sellers (often selling on terms like seller financing or lease options) with our HOPE program, which stands for “Home Ownership Pathway to Equity,” is designed to help qualified families move from renting to owning by providing a clear, supported path toward homeownership — with built-in financial coaching, a structured savings plan, and a purchase timeline that turns monthly payments into a real equity-building strategy.

Who is in your team?

It's a small family owned business with the resources of a very large organization. We have a small internal team that's tight-knit with a national reach of other professionals within our network that we collaborate with.

Are you looking to raise funds at the moment?

Always! I help everyday people grow their money by partnering with me on short-term real estate projects — kind of like being the bank, but without all the complexity. You don’t have to find deals, deal with contractors, or manage tenants. I bring the opportunity, I oversee the project from start to finish, and you earn a fixed return over a defined timeline (typically a few months up to a year). It’s simple, transparent, and backed by real assets — and I keep you updated the whole way while making sure we do everything ethically and the right way.

What would you advise to someone who is starting up?

I also teach and train both new and seasoned real estate professionals everything from the basics to advanced strategies at Real Estate Investing Made Easy. Our advice is to first start with realistic goals, and to focus on action that leads to results, instead of rocking chair motion action that is just busy work.
