Tool and Truths for Navigating a Changing World

How did you start working on this idea?

Savvy WizDoom started as a podcast—a space for two women to process the weight of everything we were carrying while holding it all together. The episodes were personal, practical, and honest. We spoke about burnout, Superwoman Syndrome, identity shifts, and what it means to choose yourself in a world that rarely gives permission to pause. What started as conversation turned into transformation—for us and for the women who watched. The demand for more depth and guidance made it clear: this was bigger than a podcast. It was a movement.

What problem are you trying to solve and how big is it?

Women, especially Black women, are exhausted. We’re expected to be everything to everyone—at home, at work, and in our communities—without the space to fall apart or ask for support. Wellness spaces often feel surface-level. Professional spaces don’t reflect our lived realities.

We’re meeting the moment for a growing number of women who are over-functioning, under-supported, and questioning how much longer they can keep it all going. This is not a niche experience—it’s a collective one, and the need for culturally grounded, emotionally intelligent support is urgent.

What is your solution and how does it work?

We offer tools and truths for navigating a changing world. Our content is real, resonant, and rooted in both lived experience and psychological insight.

Our offerings include:
• Podcast: Monthly conversations on burnout, reinvention, grief, and truth-telling
• Live Workshops & Speaking: Transformational spaces for community and clarity
• Digital Tools: Reflection guides, content bundles, and a companion workbook
• Seasonal Gatherings: Virtual and in-person experiences to process and vision
• Book (in development): A narrative and practical guide for liberation and leadership

Everything is designed to be digestible, flexible, and emotionally honest.

What is your business model / how do you make money?

We generate revenue through a combination of:
• Workshops and Speaking Fees – For corporate, educational, or community audiences
• Digital Product Sales – Including reflection guides, recorded sessions, and workbook companion tools
• Book Sales – Once published, via print and digital formats
• Seasonal Gatherings – Live paid events or ticketed summits
• Future licensing of content or curriculum to aligned organizations

How did you go to market and start acquiring customers?

We began with our podcast and grew organically through storytelling, word of mouth, and community trust. Early listeners became workshop participants. Workshop participants referred others.

Key strategies included:
• Consistent podcast publishing with timely, relatable topics
• Direct outreach to organizations and community groups
• Email list building and social media presence
• Guest features and panel appearances

We focused on resonance over reach, and it paid off.

How many customers and paid users do you have?

We are early-stage but gaining momentum, with:
• Hundreds of podcast listeners and engaged community members
• Dozens of paid workshop attendees and product customers
• A growing subscriber base and multiple paid speaking clients
We prioritize depth of impact and retention over one-time sales.

What's your vision and strategic roadmap for product & marketing?

Short-term (2025):
• Publish the Savvy WizDoom book and launch companion workbook
• Expand workshop and speaking offerings
• Release digital product bundles (podcast guides, reflection kits)
• Host a virtual summit and live community events

Long-term (2026+):
• Develop a member-based digital space for ongoing support
• License content to aligned organizations or facilitators
• Expand into corporate wellness and women’s leadership partnerships
• Explore media collaborations or branded content production

Our marketing approach will remain values-based: storytelling, aligned partnerships, and audience relationships that feel personal.
