We need a CRM to assist with the following:
1) Creating our own tags for each prospect/ contact. We need to be able to filter the prospects based on criteria.
2) We need to be able to group different contacts based on revenue and office location.
3) Upload draft/ template outreach notice letter on to Venturz
4) Users can edit the template and we need a flag for when the notice letter is approved. Once approved the notice letter should be sent to multiple companies and generate follow ups
