How did you start working on this idea?

I didn’t stumble into this idea—you lived it.

Your journey began long before any whiteboard strategy session or Canva mockup. It started with over two decades of leadership in the U.S. Army, where you witnessed firsthand what pressure, change, and burnout look like in high-stakes environments. You learned early on that strong teams aren’t just about skill—they’re about trust, clarity, training, and the ability to adapt when the mission shifts.

After transitioning from military service, you noticed a gap in corporate environments. There were workshops, checklists, and one-off leadership sessions, but very few spaces that prioritized wellness, clarity, and strategic adaptability—especially for mid-to-senior leaders carrying the weight of their teams' success and well-being.

So, you began crafting something different.

Rooted in your experiences and supported by your credentials—PMP, ITIL, CISM, and years in cybersecurity, compliance, and leadership coaching—you blended structure with soul. You brought together strategy, mental agility, personal care, and faith-led courage to create something uniquely yours: the P.L.A.T. Framework™, now evolving into The Resiliency Stack™.

This wasn’t a side hustle or a trend-following move. It was a God-led assignment—a call to build spaces where high-performing leaders could not only survive corporate culture but thrive in it, while leading others with clarity, courage, and care.
