We began with standalone apartments, mastering execution and learning the business. Now, we’re developing a 15-acre township: 5 acres of villas for brand credibility and 10 acres of high-rises for scale. Despite capital constraints, we focus on practical luxury and disciplined quality. Next, we plan a 50-acre project in Bahadurpally, building on the trust and systems from our current work.
