How did you start working on this idea?

I began this journey through my own weekly experience—either walking alone or with a group in nature. As a childminder, I noticed how these walks, paired with meditation, became my personal way to find new strength, peace, and balance amidst a demanding daily routine. Each time, I returned with a clearer mind and renewed energy—benefits I deeply valued.

Recognizing how much I gained from these mindful moments, I felt inspired to share this practice with others. My goal became to create a space where people can recharge, find relaxation, and reconnect with themselves through guided hikes and simple mindfulness exercises. I want others to discover the same restorative power that these walks have given me.

Especially for people with caregiving or demanding jobs (like myself as a childminder), it is difficult to find moments of inner peace and truly sustainable energy renewal. Access to simple, effective tools for stress relief and mindful reconnection is limited, and often these needs are overlooked.

My solution is called Prana Hiking Nature Experience, a guided event that combines mindful walking in nature with breathing exercises, meditation, and moments of silence. This approach is simple, low-threshold, and accessible to everyone—no previous experience required.

How it works:

Participants meet at a set time and place in nature, away from distractions.
The hike is structured into four stages, each lasting about 30 minutes, interrupted by short, conscious pauses for reflection and breathing.
Throughout the walk, participants practice mindful breathing, silent walking, and short meditation techniques, guided step by step—even beginners can easily join in.
Group silence, focused attention on nature, and conscious movement help release tension and increase well-being.
After each walk, everyone is invited to briefly journal or reflect, deepening the sense of calm and clarity.
The program is held monthly and occasionally as special events, making it easy to integrate into everyday life.
