What's your tagline / mission?

Kajidori Collective exists to equip mission-driven leaders with the resilience, clarity, and strategic systems they need to lead with confidence — without sacrificing their well-being or purpose.

We serve professionals in health, social care, and purpose-aligned sectors by providing transformational coaching, operational tools, and a values-based leadership model that turns pressure into clarity, and complexity into growth

How did you start working on this idea?

The Origin of Kajidori Collective
Kajidori Collective was born from both survival and service.
After more than two decades in the UK’s health and social care system — including the most harrowing months of the Covid-19 pandemic — Yeukai Kajidori had seen leadership at its most fragile and most vital.
As a senior executive, he navigated immense operational pressure while leading multiple supported living services for individuals with complex mental health needs — emerging from the crisis without a single client loss. But that was only part of the story.
In the years that followed, he took a growing mental health service and led it through a period of transformative growth, expanding its operations significantly while preserving the quality of care. What began as a modest operation evolved into a thriving, multi-site service — built on sustainable systems, consistent care outcomes, and strengthened trust with all stakeholders involved.
Yet behind every milestone was the same quiet burden: the emotional and operational weight carried by the leaders in the trenches.
“Who supports the ones holding everything together?” he asked.
Kajidori Collective was created to answer that question — and to serve the overlooked champions of care.
Blending deep operational expertise with lived experience, leadership resilience, and values-based coaching, Yeukai launched Kajidori Collective to help leaders lead well, live well, and grow in alignment with their purpose — not despite the pressure, but through it.
Not through hustle.
But through clarity, systems, and collective strength.

What problem are you trying to solve and how big is it?

The Problem Kajidori Collective Solves
The Problem:
Mission-driven leaders in health, social care, and purpose-led sectors are facing a silent epidemic of burnout, overwhelm, and leadership fatigue — with limited support structures tailored to their realities.
These leaders are expected to maintain compliance, manage growing teams, navigate crises, and deliver care — often while sacrificing their own well-being, clarity, and capacity.
Many are promoted for compassion or expertise, but receive little guidance on how to lead with sustainability, resilience, or systems thinking.
What this leads to:
• Rapid turnover in senior care leadership roles
• Quality failures due to leadership fatigue
• Poor staff retention due to weak culture or burnout from the top
• Reduced care outcomes and trust from stakeholders
• Mental health crises among those leading mental health systems

📊 How Big Is the Problem?
🔹 In the UK:
• 48% of health and social care leaders report high stress or burnout levels (NHS Leadership Academy)
• Care sector staff turnover exceeds 30%, often due to unstable or unsupported leadership (Skills for Care)
• CQC and local councils are increasingly flagging leadership quality as a top determinant of care ratings
🔹 Globally:
• Healthcare leadership burnout is one of the top threats to care quality post-COVID (WHO, 2023)
• The global leadership coaching market is projected to reach $30B+ by 2030, with health and social impact sectors among the fastest-growing segments

💡 The Kajidori Collective Solution:
We support the leaders who support everyone else.
Kajidori Collective delivers:
• High-impact executive coaching designed for leaders under pressure
• Resilience frameworks and operational clarity tools
• A values-aligned space for realignment, capacity-building, and long-term leadership success

Once your 1:1 model is validated, offer small group coaching programs.
• 6–8 week group format (5–10 participants)

You sell operational playbooks, leadership toolkits, or resilience guides as standalone products.
• Templates for delegation, team audits, weekly reviews
