What's your tagline / mission?

Helping cold emailers escape the spam folder with compliance-first deliverability and inbox-worthy outreach strategies.

How did you start working on this idea?

It started with helping a few business friends fix their DNS records... then my Fiverr gig blew up, and I realized how many cold emailers were struggling with deliverability. So I built a business around solving that exact problem.

What problem are you trying to solve and how big is it?

Cold emailers are constantly getting flagged as spam—even when their offer is legit. The problem? Most don’t understand authentication, compliance, or sender reputation, and there's almost no guidance built specifically for outbound marketers. With inboxes tightening, it’s a growing challenge across every B2B industry.

What is your solution and how does it work?

Inbox Impact Co. provides tailored solutions for cold emailers: domain authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), compliance-first strategies, warming, and ongoing reputation monitoring. We don’t just fix deliverability—we teach it, so clients build scalable outreach engines that last.

What is your business model / how do you make money?

Inbox Impact Co. runs on a service-based and digital product model. We offer cold emailers expert consulting, deliverability audits, technical setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and educational products like the Inbox Impact Pro membership. Basically: if it makes emails land in the inbox, we monetize it.

How did you go to market and start acquiring customers?

It started with a $20 Fiverr gig and a few developer friends who needed help fixing their DNS records. From there, word spread, referrals rolled in, and I built authority in niche communities (where cold emailers hang out). Now I mix organic traffic, strategic partnerships, and outreach campaigns to stay visible and booked.

How many customers and paid users do you have?

Over 200 clients served across 5 continents, ranging from scrappy solopreneurs to scaled-up lead gen agencies. Our paid membership is still early-stage, with pre-order customers and active beta testers driving its roadmap.

What's your vision and strategic roadmap for product & marketing?

Our north star: build the go-to platform for cold email deliverability—tools, training, and templates all in one spot. We’re focused on expanding our membership, growing our email toolkits, and launching a self-serve domain setup system to automate what’s now a premium consulting service. Marketing-wise? We're doubling down on social, community, and cold outreach (of course).

Who is in your team?

Right now, it’s a lean team with me (Kaitlyn) leading strategy, service delivery, and product dev and a part time sales manager. I bring in contractors for design, dev, and sales support when needed—but I’m the architect behind it all. (Still waiting on the cloning tech.)

Are you looking to raise funds at the moment?

Nope! We’re proudly bootstrapped and profitable. That said, we’re open to strategic partnerships or collaborative opportunities that align with our mission and momentum.

What would you advise to someone who is starting up?

Don’t wait for it to be perfect—solve one specific problem for one specific group, and keep showing up. Start with what you know you can fix, build proof, then scale. Oh—and SPF/DKIM/DMARC are your friends. Trust me.

Your idea can change the world, let's make it a reality!
