What's your tagline / mission?

We help time-poor women build consistent fitness with 10-minute plans, gentle nutrition, and supportive micro-habits.

How did you start working on this idea?

After becoming a mum and juggling work, I couldn’t find 30–60 minute blocks for workouts. I designed 10-minute “resets” I could actually finish—then packaged them with simple meal planning and tracking so other busy women could win, too.

What problem are you trying to solve and how big is it?

Busy women want to feel strong and energized but don’t have long, predictable windows. Traditional programs over-prescribe time and complexity, causing drop-off. Millions of time-poor parents need a realistic, finishable path that fits into everyday life—minutes, not hours.

What is your solution and how does it work?

A 7-Day Reset (free), a $9 Fitness Planner & Tracker, and daily “micro-coaching” emails. Each day pairs a 10-minute movement, a one-pan meal idea, and one habit cue. Tools include batch-cook matrices, leftover remixes, and fillable dashboards (Notion/Sheets).

What is your business model / how do you make money?

Tripwire ($9 planner), low-ticket bundles (14-/28-day resets), affiliate back-end (select supplements), and future subscriptions (premium coaching + app). Upsells increase AOV; email drives LTV.

How did you go to market and start acquiring customers?

MVP funnel on Venturez (opt-in → $9 tripwire → TY with soft affiliate), social content, short reels, and founder-led email. Partnerships with mum/wellness creators and micro-affiliates. Retargeting once we have baseline traffic.

How many customers and paid users do you have?

Pre-launch. Pilot cohort opening September 2025 with a target of 50 initial customers and a 5–10% tripwire take-rate.

What's your vision and strategic roadmap for product & marketing?

Now (Sep 2025): 7-Day Reset + $9 Planner live; email sequence; proof collection.

Q4 2025: 14- & 28-Day versions, bundle offer, partner promos, SEO basics.

H1 2026: Mobile app (habit stacker + timers), membership, postpartum & pregnancy-safe tracks, affiliate portal.

H2 2026: Corporate/licensed “wellness micro-breaks” program.

Founder-led (content, product, CX) with on-demand contractors for design, dev, and media buying.

Are you looking to raise funds at the moment?

Not currently—bootstrapping to traction. Open to strategic partnerships and distribution conversations post-pilot.

What would you advise to someone who is starting up?

Ship the smallest thing that delivers a real win, measure one activation metric, talk to users weekly, and prioritize consistency over intensity.
