How to Manage Your Profile Settings in Venturz

The Profile section is where you manage your personal account settings and preferences. Each tab under the profile menu serves a specific purpose. Here’s a breakdown of what you can do:

1. Profile Details

Under the Profile tab, you can update your personal information. This includes uploading a profile picture, editing your name, updating your email address, and writing a short biography about yourself. This information may appear in team settings or community posts, so it helps others know who you are.

2. Notifications

In this section, you can manage which types of notifications you want to receive. You’ll see options to enable or disable:

  • All notifications

  • Comments

  • Replies

  • Reactions

  • Mentions

This gives you full control over what updates you see and how often you're notified.

3. Billing

Go to the Billing tab to monitor your current usage and subscription details. Here, you can track:

  • Contacts saved

  • Messages sent

  • Storage used (in MB)

  • Streaming time (in minutes)

  • Assistant tokens used

You’ll also see how much extra usage costs beyond your plan. Venturz currently charges $0.01 per unit for overages.

Upgrade Your Plan Anytime

Inside the Billing tab, you’ll find the option to upgrade your current plan. This is where you can view all available pricing plans offered by Venturz. Each plan clearly shows its features and usage limits—such as how many contacts you can save, how many messages you can send, how much storage you get, and how many assistant tokens are included.

If you’re reaching your current plan’s limits or need access to more advanced features, you can compare plans side-by-side and select the one that fits your business needs. Upgrading is quick and takes just a few clicks—your new plan will activate immediately.

You can also see exactly what’s included in each plan, helping you make an informed decision based on your usage and goals.

4. Refer & Earn

This is where you can manage your affiliate activities. You’ll find your unique referral link, which you can share with others. When someone signs up or makes a purchase through your link, you earn commissions.

You can also monitor your active referral campaigns, if you've created any, and track clicks and conversions.

In the next Referral Activity tab gives you detailed stats on your referral performance. You can see:

  • Visitors from your referral link

  • Users who signed up

  • Users who became paying customers

  • Any activity generated through your referrals

This helps you understand how effective your referrals are.

5. Wallet

In the Wallet tab, you’ll see a summary of your affiliate earnings. It shows how much commission you’ve earned and what’s available for withdrawal. It’s a clear, real-time overview of your passive income through Venturz.

6. Availability

This tab is used to set up your appointment calendar. After enabling availability, you can:

  • Select your timezone and location

  • Set available hours for each weekday

  • Allow others to book meetings with you through a public link

If you’re part of a team, these availability settings also connect to the Member Calendar block in the Website Builder.
