The Finance Dashboard in Venturz helps you track revenue, manage payments, and stay on top of your business transactions—all in one place.
Whenever a customer purchases one of your products or subscription plans, the full transaction details will automatically appear in the Finance section.
This gives you a clear overview of:
- Customer name and email
- Product or plan purchased
- Amount paid
- Payment status
- Date of transaction
It's a simple way to monitor your income and keep your records organized without needing an external tool.
Venturz also allows you to create and send payment requests, which is helpful for:
- Freelancers or service providers who need to bill clients
- Businesses offering custom pricing or one-time services.
- Digital products such as eBooks, templates, or online tools
- Agencies or consultants sending invoices for retainers or project work
To create a payment, go to the Finance section and click on Create Payment.
First, you'll be asked to select the type of payment. For now, Venturz supports invoices. After selecting invoice, choose the customer you want to send it to. This could be someone already saved in your contact list or someone you've previously done business with.
Next, select the product or plan you’ve already created using the Products feature. This helps link the payment to a specific service, subscription, or digital item you're offering.
Once everything is selected, the invoice will be automatically sent to the customer’s email. It will include payment instructions and all relevant details.
This makes it easy to handle both product-based and service-based payments directly from your dashboard.
