The AI Assistant in Venturz helps you work faster, create content, automate replies, and build custom bots tailored to your startup. From generating designs to handling customer queries, everything can be managed inside your dashboard with minimal effort.
This guide will walk you through how to set up, use built-in bots, create custom bots, and automate email or live chat replies.
To get started, go to Settings → AI Assistant.
Here, you can:
- Choose your preferred AI model (GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini, GPT-4.1, or GPT-4.1-mini)
- Add instructions for how the assistant should respond
- Customize how the assistant behaves across your workspace
These settings control the tone, response style, and purpose of your AI assistant.

You can also create your own custom AI bots. This feature is useful when you want the assistant to understand your specific business, content, or resources.
To create a custom bot:
- Go to Settings → AI Assistant
- Choose Create Custom Bot
- Enter the bot’s name, description, and specific instructions
- Upload resources or documents that the bot should use to learn from
For example, if you want a bot that answers Help Center questions, you can provide all your Help Center content. The bot will then use that information to respond accurately when users ask related questions.
You can also set your custom bot as the default assistant so it’s used across your workspace.

To set this up:
Go to the AI Assistant Settings and choose whether the assistant should:
- Reply automatically to chats and emails, or
- Generate drafts for your review before sending
