I have a dual degree in Industrial Relations and Organisational Psychology and Human Resource Management which I utilize to ensure Carepatron's continuous commitment to improving the healthcare industry by championing exceptional client experiences.

What Problem(s) Does Your Startup Solve?

We believe that while healthcare is a universal need, global standards regarding its availability and accessibility remain a major issue.

It presents socio-economic gaps that prevent both practitioners and patients to receive proper support --- basic support --- that is needed to achieve healthcare they need and deserve. Carepatron's entire mission is to democratize healthcare for everyone and foster a sacred patient-provider relationship.

How Did Your Startup Gain Its Initial Momentum? Share Successful Strategies or Future Plans.

Carepatron started in late 2021. No start is easy; trying to make an idealistic vision come to life is no easy feat. But I, along with my co-founder and Carepatron CTO David Pene, decided to take the leap and make it happen.

I guess that's one of the biggest challenges. After that, building the team, looking for people equally passionate as us in our vision, and pushing for our goals became much smoother.

What Were the Biggest Hurdles in Gaining Traction, and How Did You Overcome Them?

Once we officially launched Carepatron, it's only a matter of getting actual practitioners to board our platform. We started with our network, endorsing it to practitioners we know, getting their feedback and improving our platform.

And then it's only a matter of time before our platform grew to what it is now. You'd be surprised how many practitioners are as passionate about healthcare accessibility and only need the right push and inspiration to work towards it.

What’s Next for Your Startup? Any Exciting Developments on the Horizon?

Carepatron is only at the beginning of its run. We're looking to develop more resources, more features, and more ways to have our vision of accessible, affordable, and global healthcare reach its fruition.

It's not an easy task but it's a challenge we're looking forward to face day in and day out. We're also hoping to expand our platform to cater to more languages, so stay tuned for that!
